Rescued from Baldwin Park Shelter in CA by Christine Wood. He was transported to a rescue in British Columbia. Shelter said he was 15 yrs old but after being rescued it was determined he is more like 8-10 max.
Bella’s Fund made a donation to help with fees for his rescue and transport.
